I think the blue ones are Psilocybe ovoideacystidiata. Someone suggested Stropharia caerulea, but that doesn't seem right to me. Maybe it's something else entirely! The others are Stropharia rugosoannulata, wine caps

My mushrooms are still alive!!!
The white fuzzy you see here is the mushroom mycelium, it's the underground part of the mushroom that decomposes the food. The actual mushrooms you see after it rains are just the fruiting bodies, like a flower or a pumpkin on a plant.
I still want to do new mushroom towers in the spring, so I think I'm gonna mix last year's oyster mushroom straw into the soil of my garden beds in the hopes it grows mushrooms there too. (a lot of times they do!)
Wine Cap mushrooms (Stropharia rugosoannulata) from my garden mushroom patch in spring. I don’t know if the mycelium will last until next year. These are fairly easy to cultivate outdoors as I’ve done it two separate years with no sterile or exact methods. It’s basically layers of straw, grain spawn, mulch, and keeping it somewhat watered so it doesn’t totally dry out. I’ve used different types of mulch each time and both have worked.
Mushroom cooking tip: if you need to wash your mushroom(s), always cook the moisture out on a dry pan with high heat before adding oil/fat. It will concentrate the flavor more and allow for a crispier/less slimy mushroom. A poorly-cooked mushroom makes me sad because it can really ruin the flavor
