I'm playing Golden Sun, finally. It was my favorite game when I was 11-12, even though I didn't really understand the story or anything back then. That's actually kind of cool though, because I don't remember anything besides the music and a boss fight or two, so it kind of feels like I'm playing it for the first time.
I used to be OBSESSED with Ivan. I was in love with him. I have no idea why, maybe it was the hair? The purple eyes? The fact that he was the closest in age to me? Who knows! I want to try drawing him again because I used to draw him all the time.
I also remember all the old ship names, which was my first ever introduction to actual character shipping- at the time I thought I was the only one who imagined characters being together! Windshipping was my jam, personally. No idea why. I would imagine scenarios with Ivan and Sheba and then get mad because I wanted Ivan to be with me instead! Haha I miss having those kinds of problems.
But Ivan and Sheba fighting and kissing at the same time.
This is a thing that happens. No one can convince me otherwise.
