@windmageofhyrule [[ Will insert the link to the ask bc mobile ]] "Well, yeah, green hair is common. You're the first pupper haired man I've seen!" Kaphona grinned towards the mage as she crossed her arms.

That certainly earned Vaati a death glare, not that it did Link much good as he struggled to breath. However, he was at a loss on why he was being choked by the other, he was sure that they had never met. His head was swimming from the lack of oxygen but it didnât stop him from recognizing the rage coming from his attacker. The boy just didnât understand why.
Clawing at Vaatiâs hands with pitiful wheezing wasnât getting him anywhere. In a last ditch to keep himself from passing out; Link reached behind himself, grabbing his shield (He missed the sword), and then mustered all the strength he could, swinging it like a weapon.

Aversa couldnât stand being in the shadowed shell of the Town sheâd once known. after all that had happened, all sheâd done, the place just felt judgemental.
as it should.
SO, instead of staying there, the dark flier took to traveling. anyways, flying through the air on the back of her pegasus was much better anyways. However, both Aversa and her mare were still living creatures, and Aversa wasnât they one doing all the work.
The dark rider leaned forward, patting the black beastâs neck. âWe can go ahead and land girl. you deserve a break.â the slightest tap on the winged horseâs side signaled to lower elevations before the pair landed. Aversa slid off the Mareâs back, holding the reigns.  âAlright, Raven. letâs find you some nice juicy grass and some water to drink, okay?âÂ
She got a snort in response, and thinking herself alone, a soft smile graced her lips. she let the reigns go and the winged equine began to move forward before halting, snorting again. âWhatâs wrong girl?â It whinnied slightly, hitting the ground with a forehoof. it was staring through the trees, ears angled and alert. Aversa didnât need any other signals.Â
Aversa grabbed a black and purple book out of the saddlebag and faced the direction her mare was looking. âCome on out, you wouldnât want me to think you a foolish brigand. after all, fools are the perfect test subjects for hexes.â

Well that certainly explained the sense of familiarity he felt. She was the very Princess of Hyrule herself. Though that brought up the question, what was she doing just walking around so casually? When asked for his name he stood up from where he was sitting, and acted out a small bow while brushing his cap aside. âItâs a quite a pleasure to meet you then, Zelda.â It felt strange to say the princessâ name without the title, but if that was what she preferred who was he to argue? âI am called Vaati.â He smiled and straightened up. It was best to act normal in this situation, seeing as his name was one that was once known to many as the name of the infamous demon of winds, still he wasnât afraid to let others know who he was.
âA pleasure as well, Mr. Vaati.â she replied with a giggle as she raised a hand to her mouth. She appreciated that he was fine with dropping her title, some were quite adamant about it. They thought that despite being asked not to, to not call her princess would be terribly uncouth. âPerhaps youâd like to have some lunch? Anything to help cheer you up. Iâd feel quite bad just leaving you without getting to know you just a bit.â The princess did not recognize the sorcerers name, just whispers in her mind of familiarity, thousands of years had passed and as things come, things also fade. Time was a fickle thing.Â

"With all this talk of you being old, I'm starting to think you might as well be retired by now...old man~" He grinned mischievously, despite being very much older than the salesman.
â... Get out.âÂ

"Have we met...?"
He didnât think that they had, but looking the newcomer over he had to admit he was curious. âNo matter I suppose it would be better for me to introduce myself first.â He told the other with a chuckle.
âIâm sure in due time I will learn a name.â

Vaati wasnât quite sure of where he was, seeing as he had somehow managed to go to timeline that was not his own. So when he saw the other he immediately grew wary, and had wanted to stay silent and observe the man from a safe distance, but unfortunately stealth wasnât his strong suit. He had been found out when he made the bushes rustle a lot, when the man noticed he had tried to coax him out as if he were an injured animal that needed help. Needless to say, that annoyed him.
âOf course you arenât going to hurt me.â An arrogant, if not annoyed voice came from where the mage had been keeping an eye on the other. He strode out of the bushes, head held high, with an air of importance about him.
At first the salesman had thought the stranger was injured. The way the other had been crouched in the bush made it seem so. It had been the reason he began to approach. Though, the rustling caused him to pause and calmly state he wasnât a threat.Â
Brows knitted together at that statement. The tone of his voice felt as though that statement were a threat. The salesman practiced caution. He did not advance; only stood with a smile and his hands in view.Â
âGood, yes. Are you alright?â The question was asked calmly in hopes to ease the threat.
