She’s an Ultimate level and guides the kids when they first arrive in the Digital World. She’s a priestess of the ancient digital god Primusmon, and can be contacted from any of the temples that the kids visit.
She’s basically like Ophanimon in Frontier but not trapped in a bubble, each time the kids arrive she gives them a mission or place to go to try and stop the digicons.
When the Autokids first arrive it becomes clear she has some sort of link to Starscream (who seems to have a grudge against her), but she seems reluctant to reveal what exactly her link is to him.

Windblademon originally knew Starscream and Skyfire when they were the first kids to arrive in the digital world. She found them both adorable and could instantly tell Starscream had a crush on Skyfire (a fact that became only more apparent when Starscream obtained the Crest of Love).
She would often send them on bogus missions just to get them to hang out together: “Yeah, there’s totally a dangerous monster at the theme park. You kids should go and check it out. Here’s some money for sweets.”
She was the one who sent them on the mission that Skyfire went missing from, and the next time she saw Starscream he had sided with Megamon’s forces. Starscream blamed her for what happened.
She feels guilty for what happened, and can only hope the new set of chosen children will be able to find out what happened to Skyfire.
