The Rethink staff where (up until Monday) I lived, arranged for me and my neighbours to be involved with "The Moor To Enjoy Project". This is basically an organisation who plan opportunities for new experiences on Exmoor for vulnerable adults.

Today we were transported to Wimbleball lake, where we went canoeing, learned some bushcraft skills, had lunch around a campfire and did some nature-inspired art. It was a really good day with a nice atmosphere. The staff leading our group were really friendly and patient and mindful of our mental health needs.

It's been a fabulous day, and we got all of this for free!
