Accidentally discovered MoonPrince ~2 days ago, and now 48 hours later I am knee deep in prep to return to my long lost Willow-Violet universe.

There's a connection between the two. They were friends in the original drafts. They accidentally became more in my newly enlighted adulthood.

All this to say, if there is *anyone* out ther that still remembers those 5yr old drafts of Willow-Violet ... I am healing and returning with a vengence.

So I was just reading what JK Rowling wrote about Petunia and Vernon Dursley on Wizarding World, and I found this quote -

“Harry would be safe from the vengeance of Lord Voldemort as long as he could call the place where her blood still existed home”

And it got me thinking; my canon for HP, would still work in that case. Because it doesn’t explicitly state how much blood, or who the blood’s from, it just says “where her blood still exists”. Which means, on July 31st 1994, when Harry is finally adopted by Sirius and Remus, he is still protected because his younger sister Willow has already been living with them, having been adopted by Remus in 1992.

So I’ve discovered properly how it feels to lose a special interest for a bit but then regain it a few months later and the only way I can describe it is with relationship metaphors so like, basically this is how I’m feeling atm:

For the last 4.5 years my special interest has been Harry Potter/Willow-Violet (my OC/fanfic series that still hasn’t been written and released because drafting, etc). We’ve been in a strong, steady relationship, pretty much married. Then in June of this year I had an affair with Karate Kid/Cobra Kai, and HP/WV was pretty fuckin mad, kicked me out basically, but over the last two months I’ve been dropping little apologies here and there, and now HP/WV is happy to be in a polyamorous relationship with me and KK/CK.

TLDR: I’m now able to balance two special interests at a time and it is strange but I think I’m managing. And yes I AM aware the above analogy sounds strange, but that is the only thing I can compare this shit too.

It’s still April 30th somewhere in the world, which means Happy 23rd Birthday to (not so) little Edward Remus Lupin!!

On this day, Teddy is in his recently purchased house with his dear fiance Victoire, and their eight-month-old daughter Celestine.

His day began with birthday snuggles from both Victoire and Celestine, before lunch was had with his parents, along with his younger sisters.

And during dinner, after Celestine had been put to bed, Teddy was told by Victoire that they were expecting their second child. An exciting day for Teddy indeed.
