You know one thing I don't get about the Eltingville fandom is how some fans seem to make the club anime-loving otaku 4channers in fanon... I'm not saying they wouldn't consume at least a little bit of anime (I mean. iirc there are Astro Boy figurines in the comic and Evan has mentioned that Jerry would have a crush on Megurine Luka or something lol), but they strike me as the type of people to make fun of it and call it gay most of the time. They're the homophobic 40 year old Marvel redditor fans who think One Piece is cringe man
