Waylon McAllister
~t he boy with all the dimples
 Are you real?
“But the sun will rise.”
“You just need to find a way to make it through the night. It won't be dark forever.”
“It almost feels like a house of cards. All it would take is one to send everything crashing down.”
THE TEARS (BERNARD BUTLER and BRETT ANDERSON)
The Tears were an English rock supergroup formed in 2004 by ex-Suede bandmates Brett Anderson and Bernard Butler. The duo were a much anticipated reunion and music critics praised their first concerts and debut album, Here Come the Tears. However, the project was short-lived as they disbanded in 2006, which allowed Anderson to focus on his solo career and Butler to become a full-time producer.
"Refugees" is the debut single by The Tears, released on 25 April 2005 on Independiente Records. It charted at number 9 on the UK Singles Chart.
The album's artwork is an image called "Guests 1998" by Christopher Bucklow.
from Wikipedia
Fifteen years ago The Tears released their debut single "Refugees" on April 25th 2005. Their only album "Here Come The Tears" was released on 6 June 2005. Listening today this album re open memories of a time that seems far far way, and make me feel melancholy, but in a strange and good way. It was clear since the beginning that this project was destined to be short lived. It was a way for Brett Anderson and Bernard Butler to reconcile with their past. It was a way to create the lost album that would probably became the third Suede album, if Bernard did not leave the band. I am so happy, as a Suede fan, to have this record in my hands. It still one of my favourite and it sound absolutely fabulous, even 15 years after its original released. All the songs are little masterpieces. Thanks to Brett and thanks to Bernard for this precious gift that you made to your most loyal fans. IN MEMORY OF MAKOTO SAKAMOTO who sadly passed away on August 23, 2018.

Antibiotic Resistance: Please Sign Will Foster’s Petition
Will is a nurse who sees the benefits of antibiotics first hand, but is acutely aware that they are becoming less effective.
He highlights a little known cause of increasing microbial resistance. Some pharmaceutical factories in India and China dump their waste into surrounding areas creating a breeding ground which can infect the local population.
Sweden now includes environmental guidelines for drug procurement in order to avoid buying drugs from dirty factories, In his petition, Will calls on UK Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt to tell our NHS to follow Sweden’s example.
