huntsman likes to spend it being cozy as possible, of course. it’s cold out which means fuzzy sweaters and sharing warm drinks together under piles of blankets near a fire place. things are kept more quiet and personal, inviting you to spend christmas with his immediate friends and family. once the festivities are done he’s got a killer hot cocoa recipe that he’d love to make so the two of you can spend your evenings snuggled up under blankets to watch cheesy holiday movies together. of course he’d insist you don’t have to get him anything this year again before turning around and gifting you something very thoughtful. just being with you is all he needs this year, and every year.

beast likes to spend it doing what fells do best, which is party. from about december first to new years, everyone and their mamas are holding some kind of holiday bash, all promising to be bigger and better than the rest! it’ll be times of great food, great friends and some amazing laughs. luckily beast knows how to keep a good balance of going out and staying in that way the two of you aren’t totally drained from all the holiday nonsense. there will be cuddles, snuggles, and some great at home holiday dates, like the two of you baking together and getting drunk off eggnog! ……oh, and of course he’s going to lavish you in all kinds of gifts. nothing but the best for his doll.

prince likes to spend it romantically of course! the holidays are just so… special. so many great opportunities to impress and charm you. and charm you he will! the whole estate will be decorated up and down in holiday cheer with elegant holiday themed balls and events being held where you’d be able to enjoy all kinds of delicacies and the company of one of the best dancers in town, of course. oh and the outfits would be spectacular… as would be the gifts. if you thought prince was a gift giver before, oh boy does he just love using the holidays as an excuse to spoil you even more!

captain likes to spend his quietly. the holidays were always a stressful time for him in the past and sometimes it’s hard to shake that off even now with you here. he almost seems grumpier, complaining about people and their holiday nonsense, but also.. softer too. he sticks by you, enjoying your presence as he finishes up end of the year work before taking you out to see the gyftmas lights and displays. the two of you would probably pick out a nice small tree for the boat before decorating it and enjoying some warm coffee and cider. it’s quiet, peaceful, and cap has some very special treasures he’d love to gift to his greatest treasure of all.

cheshire likes to keep busy! there’s so much to do and so much to see during the holidays! so many parties, light shows, ice skating rinks, winter wonderland strolls and even more to do and he wants to do it all! … but most of all he wants to go sledding with you. he has such fond memories of doing it as a child with his brother that he wants to spend at least one evening with you laughing and giggling as you head out to the local sledding hot spot and slide down that beautiful white snow. it’ll be a whirlwind of events and holiday cheer but you’d be laughing and smiling so much with him that it’d hardly be tiring of all. his assortment of cute and surprisingly thoughtful gifts will be like the cherry on top of it all.

huntsman he really just enjoys napping with you. it’s his favorite hobby and he gets to do it with his favorite person? there’s no other way he’d love to spend the time than under some warm blankets cuddling the day away.

beast maybe it’s corny but honestly his favorite thing to do is just to.. chat with you. it can be about anything, but getting to sit down and have the two of you go back and forth with jokes, laughter and teasing each other makes him the happiest skeleton in the world.

prince everything! he loves doing everything and anything with you because you bring so much joy into his life! …but.. if he really had yo pick a favorite..? getting to actually unwind and .. maybe play some games together… would really.. really mean a lot to him.

captain sewing with you. sure, it may not be his favorite hobby considering how infuriating it can be to get his metal hand to comply with fine needle work, but having you sit by his side in a comfortable silence both working yet just enjoying each other’s presence sets his soul at ease in ways you couldn’t even imagine.

cheshire going on adventures! it could be something as simple as just visiting the grocery store to buy stuff together or visiting a whole new place, but getting to adventure forth into the world and experience new things together is his favorite thing to do, ever.

huntsman's feelings for his brother are both simple yet complicated. in short, he does love and care for his brother as best he can. the few moments in his life where huntsman thought he was experiencing happiness usually involved his brother in some regards, and he really truthfully wants him to be happy, safe and secure in their life on the surface. his brother was one of his main motivators to keep going despite being so despondent from life in the underground after all.

on the other hand huntsman's apathy blocks a lot of their ways of connecting and understanding one another on a deeper level, since jack (papyrus) is a much more emotional monster. jack follows his gut, holds a lot of empathy for others and often times acts with his soul rather than his head. huntsman really just can't wrap his mind around that kind of thinking and when trying to dissect it, he can't quite put the pieces together, so he lets jack do what he pleases without really understanding why. in turn it.. frustrates jack because he feels like he can't quite talk to his brother about how he feels. he always gets a logical, thought out response so he often tries to solve things on his own with some success and quite a lot of failure.

oh boy. it really has been about a year since i answered this question last time huh? well, the breakdown is still pretty easy. i've always pinned these lads to be the more self-aware type of yanderes.

Some sort of magical alteration were to occur (maybe some human mages got too ambitious and their accident altered things within the blast zone, magic-based citizens being most obviously affected?) And the boys were to become more like mythical creatures (or even just primal?), what would each one be?

For examples, was thinking things like lamias, harpies, spider-hybrids, or anything else you could think of

Sorry if my thoughts are a bit hard to understand in there- I tried to keep it as straightforward as possible

huntsman - a little on the nose but i do think a werewolf would suit him really well. a cute, unassuming skeleton who turns into a gaster blaster like creature, probably able to transform at will to protect his precious little red.

beast - given his beastly nature i’d imagine he’d become something along the lines of a manticore or chimera, with large wings, a tail like a scorpion, larger features and haunched legs like a lion. heck it throw in some horns for fun. who knew this big guy could get more cuddly.

prince - a mighty prince is now cursed as a dragon. too afraid of the skies to ever fly so instead he hides away in his castle. perhaps true love may break this spell? probably not but hey now you have a cute skeleton dragon boyfriend to love!

captain - a siren seems just right for captain, luring unsuspecting souls into the depths of the sea with a quiet midnight song and drowning them. he certainly seems to sing a special tune just for you though every day when you come to visit.

cheshire - given that this cat loves to talk in riddles he’d probably be something along the lines of a sphinx. he’d sure love messing with people even more, especially you. just look at your cute little confused face as you try to decipher a new riddle! you’re too cute.
