‘like actually milk him?’

OK here me out, this is from a youtube video on making toy story back in 1995. He’s very clear about his feelings on the process of voice acting. So I have only seen the two sequels so if someone could weigh in on the fourth that’d be great. So the second film takes place primarily focused on woody and new characters, when buzz does appear in it, he is replaced by a factory setting version of himself who just repeats the same lines from the first one. In the third film, buzz has his controls switched to Spanish and the voice is a different actor, probably the dubbed voice form the Spanish release. I genuinely believe this man never did another voice acting session for any of these films. Or I’m rambling. Thoughts?
