I started disliking the manga way before the end. What started was when Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke were reunited again and said that team 7 were back, while Sai was coming saying that he too was part of team 7 and then he was hitted (?) (I don't remember the details anymore). It made me so angry at that time, Sai is more part of team 7 than Sasuke is. And, one of the things I'd like to see, but unfortunately hadn't happened, is in Sai's draw the team 7 + team taka holding hands.
I found it strange they completely ignored Sai in that very moment. I get that they were more than happy to be working as a team again, but it made it seem as though Sai served as nothing more than a filler character until Sasuke would come back. On top of this, it minimised Team Taka’s importance. I always believed Team Taka is better for Sasuke than Team 7, although I’ll love Team 7 till the end of time. And your idea is incredibly cute. <3 I want a Team 7 + Team Taka drawing from Sai where they hold hands.
