Tucking into @nickikoziarz latest #whyherbook in preparation for the next @p31obs starting 9 April! I love this line “Comparison is a battle to see whose truth - ours or God’s - we’ll allow to rule our thoughts and actions” At first, I didn’t think comparison was an issue for me but as I read and pondered, I realized I compare myself to the self I thought I would be, should be, could’ve been. My #crps has contributed both negatively and positively to that comparison. My pain has taught me a huge amount about balance, reliance and love. But, at the end of the day, it’s God’s truth that’s I want to influence me - not mine. Studying this with #P31OBS is going to be great, I love doing these studies as I learn so much from the leaders and the community. They keep me on track and make me feel a part of a family!
