The wind cuts in your face. You can barely see anything, the snowflakes continuously stinging in your eyes. You’re close to home, but that one street you have to cross feels like a lifetime. Every step your boots sink into the blanket of snow, covering your ankles. The snow makes you look like a snowman, your coat covered with layers of white. Your scarf sticks aganst your neck, making you shiver. It’s beautiful, this snow, but you’d rather be at home in front of the fireplace, enjoying your hot chocolate.
