Practicing the Question
There is a way of thinking that says "Statements close doors while questions open them" Does that make sense to you? When you make a statement about something, you've come to a conclusion. What does the word conclusion mean? Questions I've already mentioned, "Whose emotion is this? Is it mine or somebody else's?" then waiting quietly for just a moment, see if the energy shifts. "Whose craving is this, mine or somebody else's?" I've been asking these questions regularly with rather amazing results, the feeling almost magically changes as if it had never been there in the first place. A really great way to start the morning is by asking the question, "Who am I today and what grand and glorious adventures am I going to have?" I think most days could be improved by a couple of nice grand and glorious adventures, don't you? Love, Nancy
