The configuration wizard is inside the app, you should be able to complete it just by following the steps right after installation. If you don't manage to finish it according to the guidelines don't worry, here are the instructions to configure the app manually.

Dial *672035146021# (number of the UK server; for the US server, please dial **67*2405075379#) with your phone and press the green button. **67* is the code for setting up call forwarding when busy that is valid for most operators; by calling this number the line will drop immediately and you will have set up call forwarding on busy. After this, we move on to the second part of the configuration wizard: you need to call yourself anonymously. Depending on the type of operator, in the configuration wizard within the app you may be asked to either call yourself or have someone else call you and reject the call. If you're in doubt, as not all operators allow self-calling, here you will find instructions on how to have someone else call you. How do I call anonymously? Ask a friend or family member to call you by putting the string 141 (for UK; *67 for US) in front of your phone number. You will receive a call from an Blocked Number: reject it, and check that the app works. Important: within the app wizard, it is essential to have the app call you within the 120 seconds of the countdown you see on the display. Once the 120 seconds have elapsed without this step, the operation will have to be repeated again.

Componi con il telefono interessato il numero **67*0694500075# e premi il tasto verde.

**67* è il codice per impostare la deviazione di chiamata su occupato valido per la maggior parte degli operatori in Italia; chiamando questo numero la linea cadrà subito e avrai impostato la deviazione chiamata su occupato.

Fatto questo, passiamo alla seconda parte della configurazione guidata: devi chiamarti con l'anonimo. A seconda del tipo di operatore, nella configurazione guidata all'interno dell'app ti può essere richiesto di auto-chiamarti o di farti chiamare da qualcuno esterno e di rifiutare la chiamata. Nel dubbio, poiché non tutti gli operatori permettono l'auto-chiamata (ad esempio WindTre), qui troverai le istruzioni per farti chiamare da qualcun altro.

Come si chiama con l'anonimo? Chiedi a un amico o familiare di chiamarti anteponendo al tuo numero di telefono la stringa #31# (es: #31#333#######). Ti arriverà una chiamata da un Numero Sconosciuto: rifiutala, e verifica che l'app funzioni.

Importante: all'interno della procedura guidata dell'app è fondamentale farti chiamare entro i 120 del conto alla rovescia che vedi sul display. Scaduti i 120 secondi senza aver effettuato questo passaggio, l'operazione andrà ripetuta da capo.

Bene, ora sei riuscito a configurare correttamente Whooming! Puoi iniziare a scoprire tutte le chiamate anonime che ti disturbano. Ricordati di rifiutare la chiamata anonima quando arriva: solo così Whooming sarà in grado di decriptarla e di svelarti il numero in chiaro.
