So, in early 2014, i got a few IOIO cards from sparkfun and handed them over to third year engineering college students from the electronics branch. They came up with wonderful ideas as to how the card could be used with maps and wireless and so on and so forth. But after a few months I was surprised to see no work or innovation using these cards : problem? Electronics engineers do not study coding and the software guys are allergic to hardware! They are very comfortable as long as their code remains or screens and does not move things in the physical environment.
