My Father left me when i was young, that’s how he told me two lessons: first, a man is only a man if he can deal with the playground kids without Father’s help. And second: never leave your Wife even if its just to show your son something that he might never understands on his own, like teaching a lesson. That was kinda risky, but i think i got the joke behind that, its the part that this is real.
