Whip continues to enjoy his time in the clangen sun before once again returning to obscurity </3 At some point in some future update he'll have his official 'glow up' to his adult design. It makes sense to have it in this update but... he's still just a baby to me...

EXTREMELY mixed feelings about the results of this. I feel like the visual leading aspect is not excellent, and I'm a little bit worried with how long these partial-moon updates are turning out because there is a MAJOR dialogue scene coming up, and I REALLY don't want to stick huge walls of text in a frame.

Tried something new with this one— I’ve always drawn comics in a webtoons vertical format so I thought I’d experiment with a page format and I actually really like it! Plus I actually scripted and storyboarded this moon instead of going right to the final thing, which I think(?) made for a better end product? Who could say…

also 🎊 congratulations Whip for being relevant for once! For some reason I was so certain that in game he graduated a moon early and so I had this whole dramatic dialogue planned, but then I looked back and NOPE I was wrong… Still kept the dialogue though because I do what I want
