Problem w rejoining an old fandom is that I don't know/remember what is fanon anymore (especially since there's a bunch of semi-canon bonus content too). Normally when I make polls or read discussions, I'm pretty good at dissecting what part of the results are strict canon details vs complaint interpretations vs divergent fanon takes. Idrk know what's up now

#part of it is bc the bat fandom is soooo fanon heavy #that #while fun #sets a super high level of fanon as the baseline #I will say there are a few things in aftg fandom stuff that is like 'oh like this happens a couple times in the og but it's really not as #common as I'm seeing in fan portrayals #but overall it seems to be more canon complaint?#might just be bc we got a new book #and new content drives people back to the r source material #hm
