[These are based on personal experiences/opinions so don’t be offended]

Aquarius: Too nice, almost to a fault. They often let themselves get walked all over, but there’s nolthing you can do to help since they let it happen/ don’t notice. 

Pisces: You can never develop a full sense of trust with a Pisces and it goes both ways- I always question how much they like/trust me but I am also left wondering whether I can trust them.

Aries: They state their opinions like facts, and don’t like being told they’re incorrect which turns into defensiveness. They’re also too harsh with their words and the way they state their opinions. 

Taurus: They think they’re ALWAYS right and can never admit they aren’t. They never say ‘sorry’ no matter how much they’ve hurt you (must be their pride and arrogance) 

[3 of my immediate family members are Tauruses- I have a lot to complain about]

Gemini: They’re too dramatic about everything and gossip too much; They have a hard time expressing their true emotions and it leads you to wonder how much you actually mean to them.

Cancer: They can’t take a stand for themselves and it often feels like you have to guide them by the hand just to get things done, but they rarely express gratitude for this support. 

Leo: They have big hearts, but they never apply their passion to one single object/task which can be frustrating for an onlooker; Too scattered with their ideas and emotions. 

Virgo: Such neat freaks that it’s almost annoying at times. They don’t force you to meet their standards but it’s almost like they look down on you if you don’t.

Libra: Libras are just annoying and whiney especially in friendships/ relationships- because of their clinginess probably.

 Scorpio: Way too submissive/passive-- I just wish they would speak up for what they believe in instead of keeping it bottled up !!!

Sagitarrius: So cocky and pushy about their beliefs; Their constant search for validation is painfully obvious

Capricorn: They often don’t think before speaking and don’t care/notice when they’ve hurt a person’s feelings from a rude remark they’ve made (even if it’s a close friend or family)

So I was gonna write about how maybe we were brought into this life to break like a Noritake or Royal Doulton teacup breaking over usage. Ok well most of us are the 1.00 Daiso Made in China brand chanoyu teacups, but it’s good to dream... And it makes sense that maybe some of us were made sturdier than others, and instead of tea, we become the white rice scooper over time...

And then I remember the stupid foreign word inspiration bullsh*t that became popular for a short period, especially kintsugi. 金継ぎ for those that want to know the kanji for it. As a backstory, PC [PreCovid] 2010-2019, I used to be a sort of tour guide taking groups of people (10-24 pax) to Japan for 3+ weeks at a time every summer and sometimes spring. And I eff*ng remember that time when my contact at JTB or HIS suggested, “Oh, 〇〇san. Why don’t you take your group to try kintsugi? It’s so popular right now.” I actually asked her how many of these activity places were authentic kintsugi practicing places, and she had to get back to me, but she said none. But being Japanese, she researched and found one place that charged over $200-$300 per person to watch (not do, but watch) an actual artisan in Kanazawa show his skill and take home a small keychain that his wife made and he gilded with gold lacquer.

It made me sad how people are so ready to buy into these stupid culturally appropriated fads, and you can’t blame the countries for providing it. But do you think the true artisans that spent their whole lives practicing their art really want to show the easy way of doing something for $30-40 per person? And there may be some, but I bet you most of these places just hire someone for minimum wage to satisfy these stupid fad cravings at a completely separate location or building where the actual artisans work at.

So I said “〇〇san, thanks but no thanks. Just sign us up for the $10 komorebi 木漏れ日 hiking tour.” 🙄

Kalau dipikirin, pasti banyak banget deh hal yang disukain. Ya, apa aja. Kayak minum kopi, jalan-jalan, liat sunset, dll. Tapi kadang diri sendiri ini lupa punya hal yang enggak disukain juga. Pun, tanpa disadari suka melakukan hal yg nggak disukai ini atau karena terpaksa. Coba di breakdown kali, ya?

1. Dibohongin. Please, you better tell the ugly truth to me daripada harus bohong because i know when someone is lying.

2. Nggak on time. Apalagi kalo udah janjian dan telatnya sejam. Bye.

3. Tikus. Sumpah, setakut itu.

4. Rude people. Agak heran karena masa sih, ada orang yg nggak tau manner dan tata krama dikit gitu? Sorry hehe.

5. Nasi yg terlalu lembek atau keras hehehe.

6. Dikagetin pas lagi tidur

7. Ada yg ngebatalin janji tiba-tiba 😂

8. Mandi pagi pagi banget. Ini gatau kenapa sih hahaha

9. Overthinking. Yuk, bisa yuk nggak usah mikir kebanyakan dan nggak penting yang malah jadi penyakit.

10.
