Sometimes I think I'm just being dramatic about being neurodivergent and then I'll literally need the following just to get through a 5 hour work day:
-Spinning in circles for 2 minutes to regulate
-Pacing around my kitchen table for another several minutes
-An hour by hour list of not only work tasks but also life tasks such as feeding myself and walking my dog
-A walk outside
-2 fidgets and a podcast on at all times just to focus
-To cook a full meal (I work from home)
-To lay down for 5-10 minutes at 2-3 different points in the day
-caffeinated beverage
