I do not have a proper drawn ref but I can give you some details and leave the rest to fan interpretation

Very bright orange-red body scales is her defining feature, a very warm toned SilkWing. It's a more gold-orange closer to the feet maybe. Belly scales are an iredecent gold-yellow and her antennae are also a gold color. As for wings perhaps primarily red with gold colored patterning, perhaps some white? Artist's call ig

Now the SilkWings as of current time do not have a crown but listen as I say some bullshit

I like to think that the old SilkWing crown was relatively simple. Like very simple steel (I googled it it's lighter than silver so it's possible okay) that's on the darker side for the alloy. It's special piece is a bismuth crystal. (The steel is a more neutral color than gold or silver and is meant to not clash with scale colors, while the bismuth embodies the great variety of colors that SilkWings may have). This was the BeetleWing crown before the tribe split

Anyway once the SilkWing crown was recovered post-cannon, the vote was made to break it down and spread it across the SilkWing assembly. So many of the higher elected dragons (for example the SilkWings who lead in hives alongside the hive ladies) have a piece of the crown steel that they wear in some way. Except for the SilkWing President, who gets the bismuth crystal

So that's very long and surprise lore talk in order to say that for President Scarlet's jewelry she doesn't have a crown

The jewelry she does wear is a golden chain necklace with The bismuth. Almost all her jewelry is gold/gold colored, and I leave the presence and kind of jems to artist interpretation. She also has a thin chain bracelet on her left wrist and a thicker band type bracelet on her right. Also a tail ring, a smaller one that sits closer to the tail tip. < So all that is gold and compliments her scale coloration the one none gold thing she wears is a simple battered old bronze horn band that has been passed down through her family line since before the Wasp rule

Bio -

Personality notes: Kind, smart, and a people pleaser Peaceful is a calculating dragon who always thinks before acting.

Backstory: Hatched on the Hybrid Isle, their family soon moved to Pyrrhia and the Scorpion Den. At some point, Peaceful lost a claw. Eventually, she decided to move to Sanctuary, where they met an orphaned dragonet named Pyrite, and the two of them traveled together, eventually moving across the sea to Pantala. Now living in Jewel Hive, Peaceful met another hybrid dragon, a Mud/IceWing named Slush, whom it quickly befriended. Slush was kind, but occasionally oddly closed off, until they mysteriously died. Slush left two things for Peaceful, a scroll which had an enchantment much similar to Darkstalker's, and a note explaining that they were an Animus and what the scroll is. Later, Peaceful found out about a freak accident that killed multiple HiveWings, and realized what Slush might have done.

Bio -

A younger member of the cult of Clearsight, Goldbug hopes to turn more dragons to the Children of Clearsight as he's been instructed to do by his adoptive father and religious elder, Junebug. Like other Children of Clearsight, Goldbug greatly dislikes the now popular theory that the BeetleWing tribe split would have/was already beginning to happen without and before Clearsight's interference.

Personality notes: Charismatic, charming, suave, and occasionally a dork when he's relaxed. Goldbug is a morally ambiguous dragon who's not afraid to get his talons dirty. He doesn't want to lose any friends, and fears being unable to protect them.

Backstory: Hatched through Lady Orbweaver's Clearsight Program, he was soon adopted through the Three Moons Guild, an extension of the Children of Clearsight. Under the Three Moons Guild, he was taught to be clever, ruthless, and properly secretive like a good Child of Clearsight. A trained spy and possessing the basic skills to do assassin work if his elders asked him to, Goldbug is a tough dragon once he's sent to the Wasp Hive Academy.

Physical description: pale and medium pink body scales with black belly scales and mint colored eyes. Mixed SilkWing and RainWing scale patterning, with more SilkWing scales on the neck and upper body, with more RainWing like scale type on the back legs and tail which have green spots. Neck has black, blue, and green scales, and the front legs have some purple. Tail is prehensile like that of a RainWing, but also shorter like that of a HiveWing, and has more black scales. Spikes are green, antennae are blue, horns are yellow, and nose horn is white. Wings are a mix of the HiveWing and SilkWing type, with an overall SilkWing shape that is a bit longer and more angular like a HiveWing, as well as having the see-through quality that HiveWing wings have. Has a more HiveWing head shape, with RainWing scale patterning on the face. She has a scar over the left eye which slightly impairs its vision. Her right ear has a gash where her earring was once ripped out, and in the other ear she wears an earring with an orange jewel and a golden frame

Eventually, Exquisite sent her to the Wasp Hive Academy, because she couldn't deal with a young dragon dependent on her while grieving. Suspecting the reason behind her mother's death, Majestic killed Venus's mother in retaliation before making the trip across the sea.

Personality notes: Very quiet around strangers, but extremely competitive when she feels comfortable. Can be very smart when she tries but doesn't often actually try, due to a fear of messing up.

Backstory: She befriended Princess Peregrine, daughter of the SkyWing queen due to the two being in the hatchery at the same time, becoming a sort of unofficial body guard. One day, Peregrine got hurt in a race, and Cardinal was blamed. As a sort of punishment, Cardinal and their sister Russet got sent to an outpost far from the castle. She is angry at the queen for sending them away from her best friend, but they quickly manage to compartmentalize it and falls into her new life easily enough.

Bio -

Personality notes: defensive, anxious, protective, and paranoid. They've had horrible dreams of dying many deaths, and want nothing more than to help others and save them from such happenings. It is self sacrificing and obsessive.

Backstory: They grew up an outcast among their peers in the still rough and many times dangerous Scorpion Den. It got used to ducking away when fights broke out and hiding away until it knew the coast was clear. They hate dogs, because they were attacked by two when it was a younger dragonet. Before living in the Scorpion Den, Lichen and it's mother lived in the outskirts of the Ice Kingdom, where Chaos had remained after the fling with Prince Snow Leopard that resulted in Lichen being born. Eventually she left with them, worried that they'd be found by IceWings who'd know who exactly fathered it. Chaos kept herself and Lichen on the move, changing location whenever she felt like they were too known. They eventually left the Scorpion Den and moved to Sanctuary when it was suspected that trouble was brewing in the SandWing palace.

Trivia: anxiety disorder and OCD. They find puffins, seals, and snowy owls to be adorable. Favorite foods are salmon dishes.
