Who said he needed to be mutated to give him a peice of his mind? Whatever Lucy has in his turtle brain about Splinter, itās certainly not respect.
And unfortunately for Leo, Lucy is uninterested in being a father of two. No new parental figures for Leo here either, it seems.

I assume this means youāre not going to continue with the āmeet the parentsā comic, which is totally understandable to want to move on to different things. But if this is the end of the comic, can we hear what the plan was going to be? Like when and how Lucy eventually got mutated, if Leo ever bonds with his mom, ect?
I might post some stuff but yeah Kelpie becomes a pirate captain and gets gay married to Big Momma, Lord Gnaw becomes a gang leader, Mikeyās parents continue to be the only chill ones, and as for Lucy uuuh lol. He eats that oozequito.
And he might still be evil.
I wasn't kidding about him only liking Donnie. Mostly because they share the same genes and Donnie is smart like him. This guy HATES humans and anything that hates human DNA. Heās not too happy about what happened to Donnieās mother.
Heās a little messed up.
Which gets him started on a little side project of making anti-mutagen to fix up his son and re-mutate him but without that pesky human DNA that Lucy thinks is the main reason Donnie considers the other āinferiorā turtles and the rest of them his family.
Eventually his own serum gets used against him and he's back to being a murderous (but less capable of actually carrying out said murders) regular turtle again.
