The Rising Sun of Righteousness by Walter Crane (English, 1845 – 1915).
It is located in the former Agapemonite chapel (also known as the "Ark of the Covenant") in Clapton, London. It depicts a rising sun heralded by angels emerging from the sea, and is considered a fine example of Victorian stained glass. The figures in the window include symbols of the four evangelists: a winged ox, a winged lion, an eagle, and an angle.
The windows were designed by Walter Crane and manufactured by J. S. Sparrow. They were installed in 1896.
