December 20: Werewolf Dean and Vampire Cas

He always had a wild look on his face. His short hair in a mess, like he was in a rush to wake up or as if he hadn't slept at all. There were dark circles under his eyes, but his wolfish smile never wavered. Dean was confident, he put his arm around Sam's waist as if he had always been his. And when someone tried to take his place, he pushed them away no matter who it was. Dean had been reluctant to invite Sam to spend the night together, but the younger was insistent. They hadn't dated properly in a while and Sam wanted to spend some time alone with him. If he had known, that night was full moon. Sam woke up with bright, hungry and vicious eyes staring at him, but he knew who he was. Sam didn't jump, he didn't blink, he just took Dean’s claws in his hands and looked at him with a sweet smile. Even in the haze of the curse, Dean would never hurt him.
werewolf!dean thoughts, but where instead of the spn lore werewolf, dean just gets to be a dog for 3 days a month, ok here we go (made this au w @monsterfuckerdean):
the first time dean turned, they basically just laid low at bobbys house until dean was human again. sam kept talking to him like normal until bobby asked who he was on the phone with. sam quickly learned that his ever growing, and confusing psychic powers miraculously allowed him to hear dean while he was stuck in a dogs body. they had no idea if dean was going to suddenly lust for human hearts, so they spend the next 3 days trying to play cards and watching the twilight zone
dean doesnt lust for human hearts, but what he DOES lust for is every single thing that will 100% shut down his fragile little dog body
sam takes a shower and comes back downstairs to find dean trying to rip bobbys fridge open so he can chow down on those sweet sweet grapes
once they're sure that dean isnt dangerous (to other people, that is) they have to get back to their lives, and they figure "hey, it's only 3 days a month, it cant come up in the middle of a case THAT often."

they quickly realize that just about everywhere they need to go that isnt under the cover of darkness is not going to be accessible to dog dean
(sam suggested he just stay in the car and crack the windows and dean threatened to bite him)
(by deans house rules, sam also gets to pick the music, which is just fallout boys ENTIRE discography)
so despite being EXCELLENT at digging graves, dean needs to be more involved in hunts. the solution? a bunch of fake support animal certifications.
sam worries about not being able to get away with it and deans like "dude you're already freaking out, you're a poster boy for anxiety issues."
and since the stars always seem to align, sam is struck down with a vision in front of a group of civilians.
dean tries to hang back in case sams telekinesis gets a little shattery, but since sam outwardly looks like hes having a panic attack everyones like "... why isnt the dog helping....??"
dean doesnt want to jump on top of sam and freak him out more, so he starts awkwardly licking his hand to not blow their cover.
it's so weird that it actually snaps sam out of his vision before he can see the entire thing and get the helpful information he needed from it.
which prompts his first words post vision to be "dude, you didnt let me see the end, now I dont know where to go", directed at (still a dog) dean
