Terrific job!! . #Repost @philiphubs @download.ins --- Proudly presenting my bicycle tool box. Iām just an amateur mechanic. As much as I love going out for a ride, I love working on bikes. In my youth, I worked at bike shops and spend the earned money on parts. Now I have an office job and service my vintage and new MTBs - as well as my friendsā and neighborsā bikes. Philās pop-up bicycle service garage is growing a fan base. Instead of a service fee, I collect donations for the @worldbicyclerelief The box is an @auerpackaging protective case. It holds old tools with some new additions: the @weratoolrebels Bicycle Set 3 and Hex key set. The @knipex_official pliers wrench is great and saves carrying larger wrenches. The green container is filled with Carambaās invisible glove cream. Good stuff! The Wera torque wrench is great. I bought a Gedore adapter from 1/4ā socket to a bit holder. The pedal wrench from @powerplustools was a real bargain. Itās also where I got the foam layers from. All that I want quick access to is in the lid or on the top layer. There is still space. Got suggestions on what to add? Noteworthy is the little boom box in the lid. I love music while working on bikes. As that protrudes out, I needed to cut out the first layer to close the lid. I found a soap dish the size of the space. Itās for screws and little parts while working on stuff. Itās magnetic - I glued magnets under it. All the small parts and a @srammtb bleed kit pro went on the bottom of the box. It also holds an electric pump and the power adapter for it and the little boom box. I wanted the ribbon handles of the layers to look good and stay in place. The foam isnāt really stable and bends so I added 3mm PVC boards for stability. I used straight-headed spokes as pull out holders for the top layer. With the wings made from simple shelf holders, I can have all three inserts side by side. Need more stickers! Some are recent, some are vintage. Most are bicycle related, others are dear to my heart. . .
