Started the next part of my job in which I am full time at the middle school for the next 3 weeks!! I was sick on Monday so didn't get to work out yesterday and today it is 8pm and I am just sitting down for the first time all day!! Phew!! Praying I can get to the gym after work tomorrow!! I'm dying over here not working out! Hope y'all have been having an awesome week!! Keep up the hard work!!

Thank you for the kind message. It’s so surprising to see how sensitive I am to so many foods, but it’s definitely stuff worth knowing!! I’m fine with lactose-free milk and whey products, but cheese either agitates my stomach or makes me incredibly sleepy. I felt better after a looooong sleep! :)
