I stumbled on this after she liked a post and saw many food photos from this June and August of 2025. I blocked her but I don’t know if this is something that is reportable, like spam or porn. I commented on her posts, saying you could at least give credit but the comments were all erased.

I’m just hanging out here at the gym being an old fart. That comes easier as the years go by. 😂 🤣

Reading: I am rereading The Detroit Almanac, 300 years in the life of the motor city. It’s 622 pages. Besides that I read my subscription to Readers Digest

Last Series: Ghost Hunters on Discovery +

Last Film: I haven’t gone to a movie in years. The last movie I watched on YouTube was Ruthless with Danny Trejo.

Last Song: You got me there. I listen to Hair Nation on satellite radio. Lots of good rock there.

Salty or Sweet: Salty, but I have cut way back on both for health reasons

Coffee or Tea: Both, I start the day with green, herbal or black tea. After one or two cups I have my coffee.

Currently Working On: Maintaining my physical health, which seems harder to do now. I am coming up on seventy eight this year and more roadblocks seem to be popping up now. Many of my friends have not make it this far.

Got a haircut yesterday, looks the same to me. 🤷‍♂️ Actually I got a whole bunch of hairs cut 😂

Update from the last post- thunderstorms moved in and it’s pouring out there now. ☔️

Yeah, it’s that windy here.

I was tagged by @azkeldan for a Monday mugshot, so here’s me taking a break from cleaning.

I made that pot of soup I was talking about, and it’s all for me. 😃 That’s not because I am greedy, it is because there is nobody here but me.

I did a little more tree trimming outside and then came in to make some soup. This is chunky chicken noodle soup with about half of the broth was homemade. I’ll have enough for tomorrow and the next day’s supper.
