#TuziTraegerNation I say it all the time: Your success is in the prep. Tonight I did not prep well and the results showed it to be true. For my 53rd day in a row of #traegering, I made armadillo eggs. I took the smoked eggs from last night and wrapped them in seasoned ground veal. Smoked them at 450F for approx. 20 min.
