It was a slow day but Amano was still exhausted. Her quirk was the cause of her exhaustion. Her quirk—Nightmare—kept her from having a good night's sleep. She was still learning to control it. But it was proving to be challenging.

The work-study hours had ended and Amano was headed home. Today was a particularly sunny afternoon. The birds were out tweeting away. Amano glanced up to see what kind. She squinted and placed a hand over her eyes to block the sun.

That was when she bumped into someone on the sidewalk.

“Being... stronger..?” But, wasn’t that selfish? To just brush off hurting someone and comparing it to crushing an ant?

A call for snow had been made in the forecast earlier that week, but even though Naya had a little doubt it would be the snow she hoped for, she secretly held out hope that they would have a snow day. So imagine her surprise when she woke up that morning to the grass outside completely caked in white, sending a warmth throughout her body that she hadn’t felt in a while. Getting dressed and heading to the dining hall for breakfast, she found herself staring out the window at the falling snow, almost falling into a daydream.

She was snapped out of her daze when she noticed someone at the corner of her eye had come to join her.

It seems her clumsiness had landed her in this position once again. She doesn’t look where she’s going when practicing, leading to her banging her face on something, and she doesn’t think it’ll bruise, until it does. Someone oughta wrap her in bubble wrap, she thinks.

She’s quiet as the other inspects her, making no move to protest, except for the occasional flinch when he presses against a sensitive spot.

The environment. I literally cannot stop a big stupid smile from appearing on my face when I walk into a winter wonderland themed place, or Christmas themed place. I just-
