L.A.Drones is a genius and adorably bizarre couple from Spain who have managed to stay weird after decades of playing underground parties and venues in Madrid, Mexico City, Tijuana and LA. After having gone by Lineas Albies for decades and selling out huge auditoriums across Europe, they mysteriously disappear to the Pacific and changed their name to something both exclusively English or Spanish speakers alike could remember "LAdrones"... Especially brilliant coming from two artists so fabulous they get gigs every week in LA without even having to speak decent English. They still use the same huge collection of analog 80's dance music toys when they perform their contagiously quirky trance sounds and lyrics, sending fans of weird, underground pop into a foreign but familiar frenzy. Their two of the most sharp but authentic and unassuming hotties you'll meet in this scene, Rabieta and Pablo.
I don't usually advocate violence but this is by far the most absurd fight i've ever seen. It might even but the most bizarre and hilarious fight on all of youtube. My favorite is the transition from verbal into physical because you can see this unstoppable force shoot from his eyes into his hands. Trenton Wiley is unquestionably the most witty and contagious absurdist in LA. Everything he has ever put on youtube or anywhere online is 100% worth watching. You can catch him live semi-regularly at the Steven Allen Theater in hollyweird.
