I did my #warmup and #weightsfirst (increasing either weight or reps on the regular now!!!!) And then it was time for #cardiosecond. I did a bit on the rowingmachine, oh the feels! And then hit my favorite #treadmill, telling myself I would go for a specific time. Ugh, I wanted to quit so badly 5 minutes shy of my goal.
