Took a week off from training, business, life in general. Spent some time at the Games and in California resetting my mind. Grinding through some shoulder junk was getting the best of me and wasn't making me a better athlete, or human being for that matter. A little rest and no #CrossFit for a few days was what I needed. So happy to be back under the barbell yesterday. And low and behold, things went smoothly for a change.
