Off the horse and back on again
Lo here! Had a bit of a bad weekend-but not as bad as it could have been! I went up to the Smokies with the boyfriend and four other good friends to a cabin. Saturday was gorgeous-gorgeous! Like melt-your-face-off beautiful. So despite everyone else wanting to be lazy and just eat all day and lounge in the hot tub, boyfriend and I went on our own and did a little 4 mile hike. It was perfect and I got to burn some calories...which I promptly ate and drank that evening when we got back.
But I'm not going to punish myself for having a good time with friends I rarely see-I ate some not so good things, but I didn't go overboard and today I am right back on course. Did an awesome HIIT- really getting into those-and some strength training, then made dinner/prepped lunch for the week. Dinner was delicious-healthy tandoori chicken and sauteed veggies! Now I have lunch for the week too :)
