I made these templates for a 24x36âł seating chart and 18x24âł wedding program using Google Slides. Weddings are expensive and I couldnât find a seating chart or program that had all the information I wanted on it for my own wedding (and I was worried about spending money on a template that I wasnât sure would fit everything I needed or that would require multiple back-and-forth proofs with a designer on etsy or elsewhere) so Iâve made my templates available for anyone else to use.Â
Alphabetical â doesnât have all the letters of the alphabet in it because itâs unlikely youâll have a guest for every letter! Adjust as needed!
File > Download As Microsoft Power Point
Then upload that file to your drive to make it editable in Google Slides (NOTE: You may be able to just click file > make a copy but for some reason thatâs not working for me right now. Maybe it will work for you.)Â
To keep the text boxes in each column lined up, highlight all the boxes in the column then right click > align horizontally > center
To make sure everything is centered before you finish, select everything in the document and then right click > center on page > horizontally and right click > center on page > verticallyÂ
To print: File > Export > PDF or PNG
Take the file to a Kinkos or FedEx or any print service site
Make sure you donât âscale to fitâ unless youâre scaling to a size that is directly proportional to the original sizes.
