I am always the first one in the restaurant at 7am. Today, I walked into a disaster. I had to call my chef/owner at 7:01 and tell her that her restaurant was flooded. There was water pouring from every part of the ceiling. But today, I was extremely proud to work for @smallwarespdx. To be a part of a team that rallied and pulled it together to start service at 5pm AND host a special event dinner for 30 people. Today, I got to see @joware succeed and persevere in an awful, no good, horrible situation and it inspired me to be better. Proud of this restaurant, proud of this team, proud to call it my home. #webekillinem (at smallwares)
