Sejak AZA langgan WEBE yang kini di tukar nama ke UNIFI, AZA langsung tak pernah dapat gunakan hotspot. Bila AZA cuba nak aktifkan, tak boleh. Oleh sebab itu AZA dah complain kepada TM disamping AZA sediakan panduan untuk anda aktifkan hotspot. 4G/LTE Hotspot hanya dapat anda gunakan dengan syarat berikut 1. Bila coverage mobile phone anda mencapai Quality 4G/LTE. 2. SIM KAD anda support 4G/LTE. 3. Anda kena aktifkan setting 4G/LTE pada phone anda. 4. Phone anda support 4G/LTE. Baiknya bila anda gunakan 4G/LTE adalah lagi laju berbanding 3G tapi bateri anda akan lebih cepat habis. Sebelum ni AZA pernah complain susah nak dapat 4G/LTE (almost tak pernah dapat 4G/LTE) walaupun AZA selalu berada di dalam kawasan Bandaraya Shah Alam dan AZA menggunakan iPhone 8. TM kata mungkin sim kad AZA rosak. Mungkin? Mereka suruh AZA tukar sim. AZA tak ada masa nak pergi tukar sim kerana TM POINT yang terdekat beroperasi waktu AZA bekerja. Bila AZA minta mereka hantar sim baru, mereka kata tak boleh. Tak boleh? Dulu masa mula-mula AZA guna WEBE boleh pula mereka hantar sim kad kepada AZA. Operator TM call AZA kata ada TM POINT terdekat di kawasan AZA yang beroperasi sehingga jam 9 Malam. Mereka suruh AZA tukar sim kat situ. Bila AZA pergi, pekerja kat situ kata mereka memang tak buat perkhidmatan tukar sim. Pulak? Apa nak jadi ngan TM ni? Tak habis-habis dengan masalah. Lepas satu-satu AZA sendiri yang mengalaminya bukan dengar dari mulut orang lain. " Update 01 June 2019 - Kononnya throughput 4G network di Malaysia ialah 9 Mbps atau 36% di bawah purata. Nama Hotspot anda adalah seperti yang telah anda tetapkan pada Setting/General/About/Name.

Device lain kena taipkan password Personal Hotspot anda untuk boleh join guna Hotspot anda dan anda akan nampak paparan bila saja ada device yang join guna Hotspot anda.

Jika anda hanya ON BLUETOOTH di smartphone anda, maka device lain hanya boleh join Hotspot anda menggunakan BLUETOOTH sahaja.

Begitu juga jika anda hanya ON WI-FI sahaja.

Jika anda OFF Hotspot anda pada bila-bila masa, maka device lain tak dapat join Hotspot anda atau jika anda tukar password Personal Hotspot anda. Berikut pula untuk setup WEBE PROFILE kalau nak. AZA tak setup. 1. Download the link given via SMS by unifi SMS number from 22288 "RM0.00 unifi:HI iOS user, click on the link below for mobile data setting. Install it & you are ready to go!" (the link using bit.ly) 2. you will brought to new screen and the message "This message is trying to open settings to show you a configuration profile. do you want to allow this?" hit the "allow" button. 3. then click the "install" button on you mobile phone. 4. enter the number of your mobile phone security code. 5. then click the install button once again on the top of your mobile phone screen. 6. click install on the button appears on the bottom of your mobile phone screen. 7. hit "done". 8. you will be automatically brought to apple website. 9. go to Settings on your mobile phone. TO CHECK YOUR WEBE PROFILE ON APPLE PHONE

1. Tap Apps.2. Tap Settings. 3. Tap Mobile hotspot and Tethering. 4. Tap Mobile hotspot. 5. Tap Mobile hotspot switch to make it enable. 6. Tap More. 7. Tap Configure Mobile hotspot. 8. Fill in your preferred Network name 9. Tap Security. 10. Tap Open. 11. Tab Save 12. Now Mobile hotspot is enabled. HOTSPOT for Huawei phones

1. Tap Settings. 2. Tap All tab. 3. Tap More. 4. Tap Tethering & portable hotspot. 5. Tap Portable Wi-Fi hotspot. 6. Tap Portable Wi-Fi hotspot switch to make it enable. 7. Tap Set up Wi-Fi hotspot. 8. Network SSID will be filled by the customer. 9. Tap Security. 10. Tap None. 11. Now Mobile hotspot is enabled. HOTSPOT for all other phones
