I’m working on an animated short based on my webcomic! It’ll be around 7-8 minutes long, and I’ve got an incredible team of animators helping bring it to life.

What’s it about? The Skyhawks are sent on what should be a simple mission to take down a creature on the outskirts of Zeta City. But, of course, things don’t go as planned.

This is one of those panels I am quite fond of. After a pretty tense moment, we enter the mundanity of exercise. Brontis continues to do his squats as he ponders the fight he has just witnessed. There’s an element of humour and sadness, but also the foreshadowing of the cataclysmic events that are unfolding in secret. Brontis is aware of a deeper truth, and perhaps an untapped precognition of the events that will follow.
