Pssttt!!! There’s 16 more day’s left until this body of mine turns another year old. And the more “seasoned “ I become the more freedom I have in my entire existence. I welcome increased awareness,consciousness,and I take full ownership on how I show up each day that I awake. (And sometimes my mind,is going before my body,lol.)

I freely love daily and forgive easily(however,if you’ve shaken too many of my leaves you won’t be granted that same access to sit underneath my tree).

My kids and business is everything to me-but my peace and Spirituality precedes&exceeds them both.

I,like many of us learned that trauma,comfort,and transitions look different for each individual…it may show up in our bodies as weight gain or weight loss,detachment or fully engaged. Whereas leaving some of us feeling promoted,and a lot of us are left uninspired.

I am grateful,to be able to share my energy globally in whatever capacity I see fit. And on the day’s where I’m not really feeling like my usual self-I think of my friends who’ve died,who never had the courage to shine as brightly as I do. Their memories assist me to rise&show up.

This 45yro body knows when to rest…silent her phone…not reply to that annoying message…and check in with SELF more often than and BEFORE she checks on other’s.
