Adult
9ft, fully mature colors, soft covering of fuzz
Juvenile
5ft, loosing baby colors and patterning. No longer require milk, can fly on their own for short periods of time. Young males start venturing further away from the flock.
Baby
~2ft, clings onto the mother and remains in the pouch. Relies totally on the mother and only consumes milk. Eyes are shut, but ears open and listening. This is the only stage of their lives where they’ll produce a high-pitched shrieking noise, used to alert the mothers if the baby falls. Covered in a thicker fur. They bear softer, paler colors, and white and brown stripes across their bodies, and black spots on their wings for camouflage. Very thin, very fragile.
“Default” colors are shown here, another example will be made for the various patterns and colors/shades they can be found with. Not all animals will have pattern/shade charts as they have not been domesticated and therefore it doesnt matter much.
