#WeArNotThis #KeepNCFair www.transequality.org/ncaction NC legislators are pushing an anti-lgbt bill to prevent transfolk from using the bathroom they feel fits their gender identity, which would overturn the protections Charlotte city just put through. Everyone deserves to not only the choice to use the bathroom they feel fits their identity, but at the very least should feel safe in any bathroom regardless of their identity. I do not stand for institutionalized discrimination or dehumanization. At the very least if this is how it's gonna be, accommodations should be made via gender neutral bathrooms available in all public settings. Don't be fooled, this doesn't begin and end with transfolk, it effects anyone in any community who doesn't "look the part". Do you look the part enough to use a public bathroom without threat of harassment or worse?
