Time to start things off by being naked, I mean how else would I do it? December 1st is World AIDS day, it is held to raise awareness and to break stigma surrounding people with HIV and AIDS. It is also to support those with HIV and remember those who have passed. The hashtag #weareallclean is used to support this by saying that no matter your HIV status, we are all clean

Ahhh!! 4 Days until I go to the IAS in Vancouver to do another speech. It's something I really wish I could share with all of you, and one day I will, and it will all make sense. But for now I hope that the events I attend and provide my story to those around the world in different cities brings hope and inspiration and breaks down stigma. For those that know what I am talking about I want to say a big thank you and I love you for your support because this isn't the easiest t...hing to do, to talk about my life and things that affect me it breaks me down when I have to talk about it sometimes. But when I have everyone's support and love and words of encouragement it makes it that much easier and a little less nerve wracking about public speaking and the possibility of crying in front of hundreds of people. Thank you!

DESNUDOS por una buena causa: #WeAreAllClean Este movimiento, We are all clean, pretende concienciar a la sociedad del estigma y prejuicios relacionados cpn las personas infectadas de #VIH, y animar a la gente a romper esa discriminación. Se trata de una enfermedad que difícilmente se contagia sin contacto sanguíneo o sexual, y que resulta prácticamente imposible de transferir cuando se está medicado. Por eso, han querido contribuir con este movimiento. La campaña consiste en tomarse #selfis en la ducha demostrando que no solo los VIH- están ‘limpios’, sino que aquí todos estamos limpios. Tan solo tienes que tomarte una foto pegándote una ducha y añadir el hashtag #weareallclean en la descripción del post, así te unirás al movimiento en las redes sociales. Esta campaña fue iniciada por #JackMackenroth, que trabaja para la organización sin ánimo de lucro #HousingWorks, cuyo objetivo es la lucha contra el VIH y el #sida, así como el apoyo a VIH+ sin hogar en la ciudad de Nueva York. Y es que no hay mejor manera de llamar nuestra atención que con estas imágenes de hombres desnudos por una buena causa. 😊
