The dark gray one on the left is OG from 1983, the swivel-arm Short-Fuze.
You can tell by the thicker handle; the 1982 straight-arm came out with a fully closed handle at first, switched to a thin handle, and then the 1983 came with a thick handle.
The one on the right is probably from the 1997 Stars & Stripes set. That one also came with the thick handle, but was molded in black plastic as opposed to the dark gray of the OG.
