annie's  plan  to  sneak  out  of  the  house  gets  waylaid,  unsurprisingly,  by  the  sight  of  oliver  sitting  on  the  porch.  she  freezes  in  the  doorway,  her  mind  zipping  between  several  responses  (  concern,  agitation,  lying,  ignorance,  none  or  all  of  the  above  )  before  she  sinks  her  teeth  into  her  bottom  lip.  quietly  closing  the  door  shut  behind  her,  she  drops  down  to  her  knees  at  his  back  and  loops  her  arms  around  his  neck,  draping  them  lazily  over  his  shoulders.  "  you're  very  good  at  getting  in  my  way,  you  know,  "  she  teases,  part  -  way  to  the  girl  who  lives  to  get  on  his  nerves.  "  i  have  plans.  why  are  you  out  here  in  the  middle  of  the  night?  "
