When you need a support group for dating the same awful guy

Evil and intimidating perspective:

Grover is a flea from the flea troupe, who travels on his own from a sense of superiority, tending to avoid battling (he usually lets other enemies fight each other and squeaks on by)

And the Warden is a defected kingsmould. He slowly went insane during the vessel experiments, and eventually snuck away, setting up a camp in the abyss to try and “lead the lost” (dead vessels he just props up around his camp)
