So I was struggling to figure it out and had to keep brute forcing it which felt... Inelegant.
The rounds between the fights with the boys, you need to avoid getting hit by the stage effects
If you get hit three times, you will get a debuff and take double damage
Plus the Codas themselves all hit decently hard, so even without the debuff its a tough fight.
You can't use Operator during the stage effect sections since that would be too cheeasy I guess?
So jump over the floor-fire
Watch the sides for lasers and jump up to avoid.
Mind the speakers, they'll blast in a diagonal criss cross.
Watch for the artillery barrage and keep moving.
But most of all fuck those magnetic sweeping light show bits, cause they don't just come towards you, they go back as well.
The flyers like Titania, Hildryn, Zephyr, and Jade could probably cheese most of the effects vertically but I'd be wary of the magnetic sweeps.
Loathe as I am to suggest brute forcing it, this might be one of those times an unkillable meme Inaros might be useful - stack Health, Armour, Regen, healing, Adaptation, and just faceroll those suckers.
You can't call in a Necramech until the last round, but if you're got a built up Voidrig, turret mode just decimates everything.
Take a Vasca Kavat and Unairu's Last Stand ability for an insurance policy.
I've recently learned that you can spam Atlas's 1 for invulnerability frames which is excellent.

Don't know what one of the 3 warframes to choose to start?
Excalibur is an offensive high damage output frame. His downside is that he can be squishy in late game play. He also has some crowd control that also opens foes for finishers.
Volt is more of a all around frame. He can do damage, support his team with speed, and defend with shields. His down side is that people find his speed buff annoying if they arnt using melee or even if they are.
Mag is a great support. She can strip enemy armor in a wide range, give overaheilds, and mark targets for destruction. Her down side is that she is also rather squishy in late game and her ability to strip armor isn't great if the enemies arnt dependant on armor.
All of these 3 frames are amazing and are excellent in their own ways. They are all viable and fun as a first choice.
Warframe is unique in that you can genuinely buy almost everything without spending a penny.
Because Bought Platinum can be traded to players, it means you can make platinum by just playing the game more.
But trading is a complicated thing - you gotta deal with people.
So first and foremost, warframe.market
Trade chat in game is... Fine but its fast, hard to deal with, and its hard to compare prices.
So you need to be able to see what everyone's paying, what everyone's pricing. Warframe.market is a website where you can create an account, list your 'assets', and compare prices with a bunch of people to get an accurate and fair price (in most cases).
There's also the rather obvious tip - work on your Mastery Rank. More rank means more trades per day. When you're only able to do one or two trades in a day, you're more likely to go for big ticket items like weapons and such.
Here's a big one - find a market that works for you. For example, I can't stand selling Prime parts for some reason? I don't like hunting for that one piece to get a full set together, I don't like how the price tanked for everything ever since the Key-to-Relic change, and I don't like the two part grind of getting the relics, and then cracking them, but also needing to Radiant them. I do like selling mods though, since I find those by accident and it makes Transmutation worth a damn. I don't like selling Arcanes either, finicky.
If you wanna get the most out of trading, you gotta learn about Supply and Demand.
Some Primes are not actively available at all times, meaning there are times when the Supply is Limited, meaning you'll see the price raise.
Sometimes Warframes will get buffs or reworks and people might wanna give them a try, demand will go up, and the price will rise.
Sometimes the Developers (DE) will give out a Prime Warframe for completely free, the demand will plummet.
Remember the trade tax - Primed Mods need 1,000,000 credits to buy, for the trade tax. Each 'platinum' / legendary arcane needs 100,000 per rank.
When you're buying anything in a set, always check to see if its cheaper to buy the pieces individually rather than a full set - and vice versa, if buying a set is cheaper than buying individual pieces (especially with Arcanes)
Knowing what to sell is a difficulty in and of itself, and while the usual logic of 'whatever grind you like the most', that might not work for some folks. If all else fails, I recommend Prime Parts & Baro Ki'teer:
Crack Relics as much as possible, this is generally good advice as you'll be able to stock up on Forma Blueprints, and Prime Parts
Build Prime items you need first and foremost
Check any items worth 45 or 100 ducats on warframe.market, see if its worth plat. Use your own judgement here, I personally don't sell Prime Parts unless they're worth 10 plat or more.
Anything you don't use or sell, take to a relay and melt for Ducats. When Baro Ki'teer comes to town every other Friday, check for Mods first (i'll do a separate post about Baro). Mods tend to be the cheapest to buy and certain Primed Mods are big benefits to your collection. Once you've got an item for yourself, if you have leftover ducats and credits, you can buy a duplicate item to sell.
Say you somehow stocked up ludicrous credits and ducats, don't buy lots of the same item - diversify.
And here's the special sauce - hold onto that duplicate, don't sell right away. Once Baro Ki'teer leaves, the supply of those items becomes limited, and will steadily start trending upwards. Even if Baro comes back, because his stock cycles it might still be trending up, and will generally only go down once Baro brings it back. I like waiting a week before I put it up on .market.
If you're using warframe.market, and you know you're not trading / you've set your status as Offline, but someone messages you anyway asking to buy an item - don't sell. Usually people only message offline traders if the trader has a lower price than the online traders. I usually just say to them "Sorry, I'm not trading at the minute" and then block them.
If you're using warframe.market, people usually send a message that .market produces automatically, however, some sneaky folks may try to change the price there, hoping you won't notice. Per .market's T&Cs, you have five minutes to respond (not that most folks will wait that long) so check your profile and make sure that the price is right. If they've changed the price, that is proactively a violation of warframe.market's T&Cs and can - and should - be reported. They are not supposed to change or edit the message in any way, any negotiations should happen after they've sent the message.
Eventually, you'll get to a stage where you're getting plenty of duplicates, maybe a lot of rare mods. Its important to note that just because a mod is 'Rare' doesn't mean its 'rare'. If its easy for you to get, its easy for everyone else to get.
Remember Transmutation. Transmutation is where you take four mods, and trade them for a random mod. The Rarer the mods you put in, the more likely it is to be a Rare mod. So say if you've got 12 Power Throws, you can transmutate 3 times and you might get a mod back that is actually worth something.
I get a fair bit of my plat this way because it allows me to get mods that would otherwise be annoying to get. I don't know which mods, and I usually get common mods that aren't worth much, but way I see it I'm trading Endo and Credits into Plat at an extremely bad rate, but that's fine because I have plenty of both of those, and always want more plat.
WHen I first started playing Warframe, there was a particularly strong META build floating around at any given week, usually it'd be a Warframe or new weapon that you'd use.
And almost all of the 'content creators' would throw a build together, usually just some Crit build or status build, maybe occassionally you'd see a hybrid build.
Same for Warframes, it'd be whatever the Warframe needed to be decent. And what bothered me is that these videos were almost always in isolation.
Nowadays there are enough different weapons, with little gimmicks to keep them interesting, and then Arcanes, mods, Warframes, Companions and so on that made things get more interesting for me.
So, here's a general bit of advice on throwing together a loadout.
So when putting together a loadout, I start with the Warframe, and start making decisions on how I want to proceed. There are a few things I want to make sure the loadout has. Depending on the 'play style' I might look for other stuff as well.
So:
How will I get my energy? - Gotta be able to cast abilities, otherwise what's the point.
How will I heal if I get hurt? - I always pack a healing method from my Operator, but maybe I want to stay in the fight rather than doing a funny little healing dance.
How am I going to stay alive? - Am I using an ability? Or my stats? Generally I want two 'layers' of defence.
What is my main way of doing damage? - Will be melee? A gun? My abilities?
How will I deal with armour?
What specific challenges will be annoying for me?
What am I *not* using?
So some examples - say I'm using a squishier Warframe that using Crowd Control to stay alive. Let's say I'm using... Banshee.
I'll use Zenurik Focus for Energy - that way I can cast Silence for free every two minutes, and can regen energy between casts. If I take the Sahasa Kubrow, they'll periodically generate energy orbs for me to help keep me topped up - they're also able to do Finisher attacks which will be amplified by Savage Silence.
I've got my Operator, but I'll also use the Furis with the Winds of Purity augment to get Health back.
I'll use Savage Silence to Prime enemies for Finishers, so I'll also use Arcane Ultimatum to get a fat chunk of armour every time I do a finisher kill. Armour and Crowd Control.
I'll be focused on using my Primary to target weakpoints from Sonar, and my melee for Finisher Kills. I'll be using a high crit, high accuracy rifle for the precise feeling, maybe the Sybaris. I quite like the Sparring weapons finisher animations, I'll use that, though I'd be better using a Dagger or Hammer for a better Finisher multiplier.
I can use Sonic Fracture to remove enemy armour.
Nullifers represent a threat since they will be immune to my Silence, thankfully the Furis is a rapid fire weapon which will pop Nullifier bubbles quickly. If I put on Secondary Fortifier, it'll also help deal with Eximus units, and increase my own Survivability.
Soundquake is annoying to use, I'll use Helminth to replace it with Radial Blind from Excalibur so I can get more Finisher kills.
And just like that, I've got a Build that feels like I'm playing Banshee, covers my main basics, and references one of my favourite Youtube content creators. (If you know who that is, you're too old to be following me, I can't help you)
Thinking like this can make your Warframe experience a lot more interesting - its like a big box of toys, and some of the fun is knowing how they fit together.
"Exalted Weapons", "Pseudo Exalteds", and the upcoming changes.
So you might see this word floating around and if you're new to warframe it might be a bit unclear what this means.
Exalted Weapons has become the basically official term for Weapons that are generated as part of Warframe Abilities, named for the Exalted Blade that was added to Excalibur's kit upon his rework many years ago.
They generally follow the model of Strength increasing the damage, and then having a continuous drain (A 'Channelled' ability) affected by Efficiency and Duration. They were later changed to be separately moddable.
Then a bunch of stuff happened, and in March, as part of the Techrot Encore update, there's a lot of changes upcoming to Exalteds.
So I thought - let's get into it.
What Exalted Weapons Are There?
Melee
Baruuk has the "Desert Wind"
Excalibur has the Exalted Blade
Valkyr has Valkyr's Talons
Wukong has the Iron Staff
Titania has the Diwata
Primary
Cyte-09 has The Neutralizer
Ivara has the Artemis Bow
Secondary
Dante has the Noctua
Hildryn has the Balefire Charger
Jade has the Glory
Mesa has the Regulators
Titania has the Dex Pixia
And then there's Sevagoth who has an Exalted... Warframe, with Exalted Claws.
Also the Voidrig and Bonewidow Necramechs have an Exalted Archgun and Exalted Sword, respectively.
What are Pseudo Exalteds?
Pseudo Exalteds are Abilities that use stats from a relevant weapon, they're all "Melee Abilities". These abilities have a 'pseudo' weapon, with its own stats that we can't see but the community has figured out what the stats are through data mining and experimentation.
So this encourages people to build a melee weapon with stats that will benefit that ability; Atlas's Landslide ability deals pure Impact damage but has no crit chance, so on the melee weapon putting crit mods is a waste but Impact damage mods are much more useful. There's a whole Meta around combo stacking, raw damage, so on and so forth. I've never been particularly fond of this cause it often makes the melee weapon not useful.
However, that'll soon be changed.
What are the Upcoming Changes?
So in March, we'll be getting an update where this will all be changing quite a bit:
Pseudo Exalteds will be separately moddable. This has been on the To Do list for a long time, but it's been delays because the Developers and Players realised that changing it to be separately moddable, would actually greatly reduce the damage ceiling - the Min Maxers have worked out ways to take Pseudo Exalteds to such high levels that the change would make it much less powerful (but overall more accessible). They are planning to tell us more later in the DevStream and a Developer Workshop, but they have apparently found a way to make the damage comparable.
Pseudo Exalteds, and Exalted Weapons, will be able to Equip Arcanes. This is huge because we've been denied this since Arcanes for Weapons became commonplace, on the grounds that Exalted Weapons are already really powerful but this will elevate them to a whole new level.
So Primary Exalteds will get Primary Arcanes. So on so forth.
I'm a big fan of this because it means more options in builds, a huge step up in power, and I've desperately wanted Pseudos to be separately moddable for a long time because I'm not huge on the Min Maxed builds.

Apologies if this somehow lands in the Arcane tag. Anway. Today I found a fun way to use Truculence and I thought I'd share some thoughts on how it can be used.
Arcane Truculence works simply, its application is a bit more complex. So essentially every time you gain 3000 overguard, you make a radial attack (maximum 30m, unmoddable) that applies max Viral to all enemies.
Which is a 325% multiplier. Holy shit I didn't know it was that high, I thought it was only 100%
Anyway.
So naturally, its good on Warframes that are equipped to get themselves some Overguard:
Rhino - Iron Skin generates Overguard, using his Armour and Power Strength plus the amount of damage he takes upon casting (3 second window) so that's not too difficult to get a 3000 overguard... But! If you get the Reinforcing Stomp Augment, you restore 4% of this overguard by using Stomp. Meaning you can keep reapplying the viral so long as you keep taking damage.
Once we get the Exalted rework from Techrot Oncore update in March, Exalted weapons will be able to use Arcanes - this means Mesa, Hildryn, Titania, and Jade will be able to use Secondary Fortifier which will not only massively benefit their damage against Eximus units, but also help with their survivability.
Dante and Kullervo both have abilities that give them Overguard, so... Yeah?
Ember, Styanax, Frost, and Atlas have augments that add Overguard into some of their abilities. Special mention to Atlas however, since Rumbled can be turned off at will, and activated at will with no concerns about how many enemies are around. Ember can make extra good use of Truculence since the viral stacks will synergise with her heat - making her one of the best Warframes for fighting the Infested.
What Arcanes should I buy from Belly of the Beast?
Arcane Energize, first and foremost. I realise that's a cold take amongst cold takes, but seriously.
Arcane Energize is such an abundant supply of energy and its one of the few ways to get energy back while using a Channeled ability, and almost every Warframe benefits from Energize (Except Lavos and Hildryn)
Other honorable mentions go to Arcane Guardian, Arcane Avenger, Arcane Grace, and Arcane Nullifier
Multishot is a stat in Warframe where each bullet from the Magazine, has a chance to fire more bullet.
Say you've got 50% Multishot, you should generally see that half the time when you shoot an enemy, it hits twice. Say you have 100% Multishot, you will always shoot two bullets. The bullets travel along the same path, so there's no loss of accuracy.
For shotguns, it works slightly differently since they already have pellets - so say you add 100% multishot to a shotgun, it will double the number of pellets.
