It had been...two weeks? Three? Since she had turned back to normal after the..incident. In that time frame she had been attempting to deal with it on a mental and emotional level, dealing with getting quotes from contractors on her property and her house that had been destroyed in the aftermath, and barely able to look at her projects that have been piling up and not having the energy or mental ability to deal with them.
It was a sad state of affairs to be sure, usually she was someone who was entirely enthusiastic about her projects, and the fact that she wasn’t made it very clear that she needed at least a small mental break from the monotony of the day to day that she had been dealing with lately.
She let Silas know she’d be out, it would do neither of them any good if she didn’t give her current host the courtesy of knowing that she was going off base for a little while, especially not after everything that he had done for her in recent days.
But she needed a drive in the desert, preferably with all six wheels in the dirt and kicking up as much as possible. Mindless driving really, but it had to be enough to take her mind off everything and relax a little, right?
She had to have been driving around for...en about an hour or so before she noticed something out of place in the distance, a plane perhaps? No...the closer she got the more ship like it became, a carrier perhaps? Definitely not. The closer she got the more she had confirmation that it was, in fact, a Cybertronian ship.
She had half a mind to turn around and leave, let someone else deal with it and let the person be and they could figure out what to do on this planet, she had enough on her proverbial plate as it was. But what if they were injured? Dangerous? She was obligated to help people, it was in her nature.
There was the barest of curses as she proceeded to drive over, transforming once she got to a more secluded area from the roads and began to pick her way through rock and dirt towards the ship to investigate.
