My Favorite Cake Recipe Ever
Also known as War Cake or Crazy Cake, Wacky Cake is wacky for what it excludes: there are NO eggs, milk, or butter in this chocolate cake!
I love this recipe; it's my go-to for birthdays and get togethers. It's budget friendly, super simple, and happens to be vegan. It has instructions for chocolate and vanilla and how to modify for cupcakes. Since eggs are now a bazillion dollars I wanted to share the link :)
I've seen war cake before but the Canadian version is new to me. I love the direction they give at the bottom as to how to tweak the recipe based on the type of molasses used. Thriftily made without eggs, butter or milk.
