I just looked at my actual blog and the page buttons are so pretentious.
Some sing/rapping to The Octopus Project - What They Found
Wander Back
It was early in the morning and you were probably bored inside the room so you decided to breathe fresh air from the outside. My very first memory of you was your corn kernel-sized teeth as you flash that welcoming smile upon seeing me walk towards that same room from which you just got out. That always started my day. It really was touching that somebody, whom everybody notices, noticed me. I've always thought I was invisible.
That, I guess, started it all.
The following year, the casual smile turned into a casual conversation then into a deep conversation and where we were going was confirmed by a text message. In that message, you asked me how many letter c's I've shaded in the answer sheet. And then I just knew it, you just wanted to talk to me. Hahaha! That message was followed by several more and without realizing it, my inbox was filled with your name.
I was getting used to it. You and me, talking everyday and every night about anything and everything, until around this time of the year last last year.
I saw you enter the building but not exit it. I waited. You were suppose to tell me the results of the 'investigation'. But later that evening, I saw you without really hearing anything from you. What made it worse was that, you seemed happy. I knew because I saw you and you were talking to the world, but not to me. I took it as a sign of dismissal. I concluded that what I thought was happening wasn't happening after all. Or maybe, whatever materialized that day changed your mind about us.
The next day, I entered the room with a heavy heart and left it at my happiest. To cut the long story short, you explained, apologized and hugged me afterwards. We figured that what had happened was a literal miscommunication. And that was when you first said the magic words, so magical that it transformed us into a magic acid. And though you said fairy tales are not true, I started to live in one.
Until this day, the magic lives. Perhaps no longer as glittery as the pixie dust but it remains as classic as Neverland. Our love, that is. It shall never fade, it shall never get old. And as we soar to new heights in this journey of ours, may you be Peter Pan and I your shadow that no matter how many worlds apart, you'll still seek out for me. That no matter how stubborn I am, you'd never give up 'til you win me back. And I, at my very best, will try to be the silhouette that will shield you from the harms of nuclear fusion. I just hope that no Wendy nor Tinkerbell would come along the way. Haha! I love you!
P.S. It almost frustrates me that whenever I write something for you, I end up telling stories instead of giving messages. I'm really sorry. Also, sorry for that last paragraph there. :|
