right?? i was so sold on the idea of them growing as people together, and that would be a big factor in their relationship and now :///
like i’m trying to figure out how klance can still win and??
bc now keith grew up w/o the team all isolated. so lance didn't have a chance to mature. and keith would have had so much time to think and be introspective and make decisions. i feel like he either 1) decided to let lance go bc he decided it wasn't realistic/they needed to focus on saving the universe blah blah blah or 2) finally resolved to tell lance his feelings when he got back
in case 2 tho, i think if he came back to lance being obsessed with allura, this more mature keith would still end up deciding to let lance go, convincing himself that either lance had moved on or keith had been making up things up between them or realize that it won't work bc lance hasn't grown up yet. like keith would be disappointed but resigned
like i feel like lance is gonna have to grow up first for them to actually work out now but idk!!! we’ll see!!!
